Digital Technology Poland celebrates its 10th Anniversary!
DTP prepared a special event, during which guests and FLG partners had the opportunity to visit the company’s headquarters, learn about its history and see the live presentations of the innovative products jointly designed with Rittal, EPLAN and German Edge Cloud. The highlight of the agenda was the official Gala which took place on the 21st of June and gathered DTP Team of 300 as well as scientists, customers and local authorities. The significant moment was the “Cultural Experience 4.0” show, performed by 64 artists from the local dance schools. The youngest was 10 years old. It was a great event with full of surprises and fantastic atmosphere which the guests will certainly remember for a long time.
On the occasion of this unique anniversary, DTP also organised a special edition of the Algorithmic Contest, a competition for talented programmers. The best of the best, most of whom were finalists of the previous 18 editions, came to Zielona Góra to take up the algorithmic challenge. During the 5-hour of intense mental effort, the participants competed for the title of Master in Programming. The winners were announced during the official Gala to celebrate the 10th anniversary of DTP.
Digital Technology Poland was founded in 2013 by Prof. Janusz Szajna. Originally a small team of technology experts, has grown into a company that now employs nearly 300 people. Since July 2021, the company has been a part of the German Friedhelm Loh Group, with 12,000 employees across 100 branches worldwide. DTP’s headquarters is located in Zielona Góra, having its branch offices in Poznan, Warsaw, Cieszyn and Kharkiv.
DTP closely cooperates with companies within the LOH group (including Rittal, EPLAN and German Edge Cloud) and designs innovative software and hardware for the world leaders operating in the field of Industry 4.0. The company develops cloud applications supporting the design, assembly and operation of the production infrastructure. Additionally, as part of the R&D team, the company implements projects from an idea to the final product using solutions in the areas such as robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and electronics.
