Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator & the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, is DTP Ltd. with its registered office in Zielona Góra (66-002) at New Kisielin-A. Wysockiego 4, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under the number 455764, VAT-ID (NIP) 7792412703 (hereinafter referred to as the “DTP”).

Where do we get your data from?

We have received them from you in connection with our cooperation or based on your consent.

What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Company?

We can process your personal data because it is necessary to conclude and implement the contract that connects us, including to:

  • enabling the provision of electronic services;
  • promotional and marketing purposes;
  • handling your letters that you direct to us (via the contact form);
  • contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services;
  • implementation of the recruitment process;

In addition, we also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of DTP, which it is:

  • ensuring the security of the services we provide;
  • debt collection; conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
  • conducting statistical analyzes;
  • storage of data for archival purposes;
  • for tax and accounting purposes and to meet other public law obligations, which we are obliged based on the provisions of generally applicable law.

In addition, only if you give your consent, DTP processes your personal data in order to save data in cookies and collect data from websites and mobile applications, as well as for other purposes that have been indicated directly in your statement of consent to data processing.

Do you have to provide us with your personal data and what data do we process?

DTP requires you to provide personal data in order to be able to conclude and perform a contract with you. The data you provide to us are: name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you do not provide your personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to enter into a contract with you. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, for accounting or tax reasons. In all other respects, providing your data is voluntary.

What are your rights towards DTP regarding the data being processed?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as to limit their processing, to transfer them, not to be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

In terms of data that we process based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), address: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

In what situations can you object to the processing of your data?

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when it is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the special situation in which you find yourself.

Who do we share your personal data with?

DTP may share your personal data with service providers and other entities, as long as it is necessary to perform the contract. DTP may transfer your personal data to public authorities.

How long do we store your personal data?

DTP stores your personal data for the time necessary to perform the contract and for as long as it is possible to pursue claims in connection with the performance of the contract and for the purposes of public law settlements, a maximum of 6 years from the date of termination of cooperation, unless legal regulations require that storage takes place for a longer period. In addition, the data may be stored by us for the purposes of preventing fraud and fraud, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of cooperation or an event causing the need for such processing, unless the law requires that storage be carried out for a longer period. In order to carry out current or future recruitment processes, the company will store your data for a maximum of 36 months.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

Your data will not be transferred by DTP outside the European Economic Area, except for the transfer of data to Google LLC, based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights?

Neither your personal data will be processed in an automated way, nor will it be the subject to direct profiling.
