International Yoga Day at DTP
On the occasion of International Yoga Day (21.06), DTP transformed its outdoor area into a space for wellbeing and connection. The team took part in a refreshing outdoor yoga session, followed by nutritious veggie jars. The event highlighted the importance of work-life balance, mental wellbeing, and team unity, leaving everyone energized and inspired.
Under the blue sky, we started with different stretches, easing our bodies and minds. Everyone got into the groove, feeling the stress slowly disappear. The outdoor setting also contributed to our wellbeing, with the fresh air, sun, and greenery enhancing our experience. Seeing everyone move in sync was truly inspiring. It was more than just exercise; it was the start of a journey towards wellness and work-life balance.
But wait, the fun didn’t stop there! After our calming yoga session, we indulged in mouthwatering veggie bowls. Fully packed with fresh, healthy ingredients, they were not only delicious but also nutritious, giving us the perfect post-yoga energy. We also had a photo session, during which we formed figures and letters such as D, T, and P with our bodies, creating memorable and fun group poses.
This day was a reminder of the importance of balance in our busy and fast-paced lives. Combining yoga with eating healthy, this event left us all feeling more energized and connected – to ourselves, to each other, and to the idea of a harmonious work-life balance. It is always of great importance to keep in mind how important our mental state is because it directly influences productivity at work as well.
